Many of these parents also think their children will be safe inside the magically protected walls of the school. With the recent passing of Albus Dumbledore and an unknown sickness falling upon Minerva McGonagall, a new person was needed to run the school. Many of the staff thought a person from outside the school walls needed to be brought in. They called upon the infamous Lukas Mitchell.
